The funds will be used for programs and services for the more than 4,500 families served by Helping People Succeed in Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties. Many of the families served need assistance with making healthy nutritional choices for their children due to their lack of resources. Helping People Succeed uses a variety of options, including Publix menus and information, Health Department materials and other sources to help teach the value and rewards from a healthy lifestyle.

Publix demonstrates its commitment to the nonprofit organization through its partnership with the Food for All campaign. Helping People Succeed has received donations through this program for the past 3 years.
