As Helping People Succeed’s new President and CEO, I am privileged to carry on the rich legacy left by our retiring Lifetime CEO Emeritus, Suzy Hutcheson.  Working together as we transition leadership, we are poised to ensure Helping People Succeed not only continues its high-quality service and support to our communities, but grows into its next chapter where we identify the services most needed by our communities and innovate to provide them.

For 60 years, Helping People Succeed has proudly served the community in support of our tagline building successful families and futures – one life at a time.  Over the course of these 60 years, our organization has grown remarkably, serving those in our community who need us the most.

Helping People Succeed is highly regarded providing services in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River counties by dedicated and compassionate professional staff. We serve families at risk of abuse and neglect, children and adults who have mental health or behavioral issues and adults with significant disabilities. Helping People Succeed also provides a personal home educational visit for parents with newborns including developmental monitoring and guidance, instruction on infant massage and baby-calming techniques.  The common thread throughout all of our programs is to give individuals the resources that they need to be successful at life.

As we enter the next 60 years, we will continue to thrive and stay true to our mission: to transform lives by realizing potential, creating hope and building futures through education, counseling, training and employment.
