First Meeting of the Connected Community Action Network

As the Chair of the Children’s Movement, Lawrence told the group that “Every child deserves a chance to fulfill his or her potential. The success to a child’s future is the right blending of health, education, nurturing and love.”

Following the engrossing and informative talk, attendees received more information about the state of early literacy in Martin County and some ways to take action to improve it.
